Terms of Service

1. Who we are and accepting these terms

VidMyth (the website at vidmyth.com, the dashboard, its tools and the product pages it hosts at name.vidmyth.com) is operated by VidMyth LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. "VidMyth", "we", "us" and "our" mean VidMyth LLC.

By creating an account or using any part of VidMyth, you agree to these terms and to the policies they link to: the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Copyright Policy. If you use VidMyth for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 to use VidMyth. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with a parent or guardian's permission, and only a parent or guardian may buy a plan.

You need an account to generate anything. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at info@vidmyth.com if you think someone else has used it.

One person, one account. Accounts created to collect the free signup credits more than once may be closed.

3. Credits

Most tools run on credits. Each tool shows its cost before you run it. Credits are a prepaid unit of access to the service: they are not money, carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You are charged only for a generation that succeeds. If a generation fails, any credits held for it go back to your balance automatically.

Videos are quoted before they start. The quote's maximum is held while the video renders, and when it finishes you are charged what it actually used; the rest goes back to your balance.

Credits do not expire while your account is open, including after a subscription ends. Credits are lost when an account is deleted, and are not refunded when an account is closed for breaching these terms.

Free credits given when you sign up are a one-time grant per person and have no value outside VidMyth.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Plans are subscriptions, billed by card through Stripe. Each plan shows its price, the credits it adds and how often it renews (for example every month, every 3 months or every 6 months).

• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, and charges the card on file, until you cancel. Each paid renewal adds the plan's credits to your balance again.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the pricing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and your credits stay in your account.
• Switching plans: switching to another plan charges the new plan's price straight away and starts a new period that day. The old plan stops renewing. Unused time on the old plan is not refunded or prorated.
• Price changes: if we change a plan's price, your subscription keeps renewing at the price you signed up at, unless we email you at least 14 days before the renewal the new price would apply to. You can cancel before then.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. The plan's credits for that period are added only once it is paid; if it is never paid, the subscription ends.
• Taxes: prices are in US dollars. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT or a similar tax, it is added at checkout.
• Discounts: a referral discount applies to your first payment only, unless the offer says otherwise.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 7 days of it — the first payment, a renewal or a plan switch — with no questions asked. The details, and the two exceptions, are in the Refund Policy.

6. What you may not do

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use VidMyth to make or publish:

• anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
• material that sexualizes minors, or that harasses, defames or threatens a real person
• content that impersonates a real person or organization to deceive, including a synthetic voice or likeness used without consent
• deliberate misinformation, fake reviews or testimonials, or made-up earnings or results claims
• scams, phishing pages, malware, or product pages selling something you cannot lawfully sell or deliver

Nor may you abuse the service itself: scraping it, reselling access, sharing accounts, creating accounts to farm free credits, referring yourself, or getting around limits, pause switches or security controls.

7. Your content and what you generate

You keep ownership of what you put in — your topics, briefs, scripts, uploads, photos, audio, product details and channel information.

As between you and us, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially, including in monetized videos and in products you sell. You give us a limited license to store, process and display your inputs and outputs only to run the service for you: keeping them in your account, showing them back to you, hosting the product pages you publish, and passing them to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy so the generation can happen.

AI output is not unique to you. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other users, and we cannot promise that anything generated is original, accurate, lawful to publish or free of third-party rights. Check it before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish under your own name.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Product pages you publish

The Product page tool builds a website for a product you sell, and can publish it at an address on vidmyth.com (for example name.vidmyth.com).

• You are the seller. VidMyth hosts the page; it is not a party to any sale made from it, does not process its payments and is not responsible for the product, its delivery, its quality or its refunds. Those are between you and your buyers, under your terms.
• Everything on the page must be true and yours to use: your name, contact details, prices, guarantees and claims. You must honor any guarantee or refund promise your page makes.
• Each published page carries a small "Made with VidMyth · Report this page" badge. We review reports against the Acceptable Use Policy.
• We may take a page down at once, without notice, if it breaches these terms or the law, if it is reported and we judge the report credible, or to protect visitors or the vidmyth.com domain. Where we can, we will tell you why.
• An address is not property. If you unpublish a page, delete it or close your account, its address may be released.

9. Referral programme

Signed-in users can create a referral code. The discount for the customer and the commission for the referrer are shown on the Referrals page and are those in force on the date of the sale; changing them never changes sales already made.

Commission is a percentage of what the referred customer actually paid. Referring yourself, or another account you control, is not allowed and earns nothing. We may withhold or reverse commission on a payment that is refunded, charged back or fraudulent.

Payouts are requested from the Referrals page once you reach the minimum shown there, and are paid by us manually, usually by PayPal. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We may change or end the programme for future sales at any time.

10. Third-party services and platforms

VidMyth depends on services we do not control — AI providers, a video engine, a payment processor, an email sender, hosting and Google Firebase. Their availability and their terms affect what VidMyth can do. We choose them carefully and list them in the Privacy Policy, but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Publishing to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok is governed by those platforms' own rules, including their rules on spam, reused content and labeling AI-generated media. Meeting them is your responsibility, and we cannot promise any platform will accept, monetize or recommend what you make.

11. Our property and your feedback

VidMyth's software, design, templates, text and brand belong to VidMyth LLC or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or make a competing product from it, or to use the VidMyth name or logo to suggest we endorse you.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep VidMyth running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Tools may be paused for maintenance, for a provider outage, or because a provider has rate-limited us. Where a tool is paused you will see it stated in the interface rather than silently failing.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you have paid for and cannot offer a comparable replacement, you may ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, VidMyth is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Research scores, idea ratings, view or earnings estimates and similar figures are model estimates, not facts or advice. VidMyth does not give legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing it generates is a promise of views, revenue or results.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, VidMyth LLC is not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost views, lost audience, lost data or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from anything you publish using it.

Our total liability to you for all claims relating to VidMyth is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

15. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and indemnify VidMyth LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from your content, the product pages you publish and the sales made from them, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

16. Suspension and termination

You can stop using VidMyth at any time. Cancel any subscription from Manage billing, and delete your account from your profile page; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

We may suspend or close an account, or take down its content and product pages, if it breaches these terms, is being used to defraud the payment system or other people, or if we are required to by law. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Sections 7 (as to what you own), 11, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 19 survive the end of the agreement.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you have a dispute with us, email info@vidmyth.com first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and VidMyth LLC consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court where it qualifies.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect; continuing to use VidMyth after that means you accept the new terms.

19. General

• These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about VidMyth.
• If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over VidMyth, and will tell you if we do.
• Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
• We send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at info@vidmyth.com.
