1. What this covers
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do on VidMyth: what you ask the tools to make, what you upload, the product pages you publish at name.vidmyth.com, the referral programme and how you use the service itself. VidMyth LLC may update it; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
2. Illegal and harmful content
Do not use VidMyth to make, publish or sell:
- anything that sexualizes minors — we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to the police
- sexually explicit material, or content promoting self-harm or eating disorders
- threats, incitement to violence, or content praising or supporting terrorism or violent extremism
- hate speech attacking people for a protected characteristic
- instructions for weapons, explosives, hard drugs or other serious harm
- anything else that is unlawful where you or your audience are
3. Real people
- Do not create a real person's likeness or voice — a deepfake, a cloned voice or a lookalike character — without their consent, or use it to deceive.
- Do not upload a photo of someone else as a character reference without their permission.
- Do not harass, bully, defame, dox or threaten anyone, or publish someone's private information.
4. Deception and misinformation
- Do not impersonate a person, brand or organization, or suggest an endorsement you do not have.
- Do not spread deliberate misinformation about elections, public health, emergencies or someone's safety.
- Do not invent reviews, testimonials, statistics, credentials or results, or make earnings claims you cannot back up.
- Label AI-generated or altered media where the platform you publish on, or the law, requires it.
5. Product pages
A product page sells something to real buyers, so it carries extra rules. Your page may only sell a product you own or have the right to sell, and can actually deliver. It must not:
- sell regulated or prohibited goods or services: weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia, gambling, adult content, prescription or health products making medical claims, or financial, investment, crypto or trading schemes
- sell pyramid or multi-level schemes, "get rich quick" programmes, or courses that promise guaranteed income
- sell pirated, leaked or resold courses, books, templates or software, or private-label content you do not have the rights to resell
- collect passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data, or imitate another site's sign-in or checkout page
- promise a guarantee or refund you do not intend to honor, or hide the real price
Your page must state your real name or business name and a way to contact you, as the product tool asks.
6. Platform rules
Content you make with VidMyth must still follow the rules of the platform you publish it on. YouTube, for example, restricts spam, repetitive and mass-produced content, reused content and misleading metadata. Use VidMyth to make original, useful work, not to flood a platform.
7. Abusing the service
- Do not create more than one account to collect free credits, or refer yourself or accounts you control.
- Do not share, sell or rent your account or resell access to the tools.
- Do not scrape the service, call its APIs outside the app, or run automated traffic that degrades it for others.
- Do not try to get around credit charges, rate limits, pause switches, content filters or security controls, or to extract keys, prompts or other users' data.
- Do not upload malware, or use the service to attack another system.
8. Found a security problem?
Tell us at info@vidmyth.com rather than testing it further. Give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a problem in good faith, stays within their own account and does not access other people's data or disrupt the service.
9. What we do about it
We may remove content, take down a product page, pause features on an account, or suspend or close it, depending on how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before. Serious cases — anything involving minors, fraud or threats to someone's safety — are acted on at once and may be reported to the authorities.
Where we can, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to the email to ask us to look again. Credits are not refunded for an account closed for breaching this policy.
10. How to report something
- A product page at name.vidmyth.com: use the Report this page link at the bottom of it, or the report form.
- A copyright problem: follow the Copyright Policy.
- Anything else: email info@vidmyth.com.
