1. The promise
If you buy credits or a plan and it is not what you wanted, ask us within 7 days of the purchase and we will refund it. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.
This is the same promise made on the pricing page, and it means what it says: we will not argue about how many credits you used before deciding.
2. How to ask
Email kmohitroy00@gmail.com from the address on your account, or send us a message through the contact page, within 7 days of the payment. Tell us which purchase you mean — the date and amount are enough.
We aim to confirm within one working day and to send the money back within five. Refunds go to the original payment method through PayPal; how quickly it appears after that is up to PayPal and your bank, and is usually 3–10 working days.
3. What happens to your account
When a purchase is refunded, the credits it bought are removed from your balance, and any plan access it granted ends. If you have already spent more than you bought in that purchase, your balance simply goes to zero rather than negative.
Refunding a purchase does not close your account. You keep everything you have already generated.
4. Failed generations are not a refund matter
You are never charged for a generation that does not succeed. If a tool fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically and immediately — there is nothing to claim and no need to contact us.
The same applies to video renders that fail part-way through, and to renders that finish cheaper than we quoted: the difference is settled back to your balance on its own.
So a failed render is a bug report, not a refund request. Tell us anyway — it helps us fix it.
5. The two exceptions
There are only two, and both are about abuse rather than usage:
- Accounts closed for breaching the Terms of Service — for example fraudulent payment, or generating content prohibited under our acceptable use rules — are not refunded.
- Repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account. The 7-day promise is meant to let you try the product without risk, not to make it permanently free. If we see a pattern, we will tell you before we stop honouring it.
6. After 7 days
Outside the 7-day window we are not obliged to refund, but we would still rather hear from you than lose you. If something went wrong — a plan you could not use, a feature that was withdrawn, an outage that cost you a deadline — write to us and we will look at it on its merits.
Where the law where you live gives you stronger cancellation rights than this policy, those rights apply and this policy does not reduce them.
Something here unclear, or think we have got it wrong? Tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.
